In DWM, the editor, who has seen the two-part opening, says one of the four main characters (the Doctor, Amy, Rory and River) will die in Episode 1.
In the Radio Times, the Moff says that Episode 7 involves the Last of the Time Lords and the Lone Centurion rescuing Amy, while River reveals a secret while locked up in Stormcage.
This being Doctor Who, it is certainly possible that both these things are true, but I can't wait to find out how! (Of course, Rory dies all the time. It's his thing.)

Moffat has done non-linear before, but not to that scale. He could have decided that it's worth a shot, so he'll do a whole non-linear season.
