Maybe it's just me, but the more I look at this, the more I think the countries are probably too big. Like the canonical countries named in the books have expanded to fill all available space.
The old Discworld Mapp got round this by not actually showing the country borders, so it wasn't clear how big the countries actually were. The Atlas does (mostly) show country borders, but tries to get round it by not having a scale. But if the Disc is 5,000 miles in radius, then the distance between each 5% line of whatever-latitude-is-called-on-a-disc is 250 miles. Which makes Llamados 1,000 miles Hubward-to-Rimward. Discworld has a Wales about the length of the UK!
