Football mascots.

I've recently discovered that every team in the Scottish Premiership has one. I'm sure that not that long ago there was Broxi Bear (Rangers) and Hoopy the Huddle Hound (Celtic), and everyone else just completely ignored the subject. Now they're everywhere, from the clever double pun of Hibernian's Sunshine, the Leith Lynx, to the obviousness of Inverness Caledonian Thistle's Nessie.

Which led me to think, because it's the sort of thing I think, what would the football teams in Unseen Academicals have for mascots? So far I've come up with two: Porky the Pigsty Hill Pork Packers Pig and Trudy the Pit Pony for Treacle Mine Tuesday. I suspect that the Unseen Ackies themselves would point out that they already have a hairy humanoid animal wearing the strip. He's called the Librarian and plays in goal.
