If the application instructions in your job ad say "Go to [our website] and follow the instructions", it might be nice if the "Jobs" link on the front page was somewhere the potential job candidate could see it. Better yet, why not say "Go to [our website]/jobs"?

(It might also be nice if the Jobcentre website knew how to turn the address into a link, but one can't expect miracles.)
