As ever, I apologise for how ridiculous my musical tastes are. (But seriously, if you're Discworld fans, try to listen to Steeleye's Wintersmith! It's good!)
1) We've been driving around
The Mesopotamians, TMBG
2) [title], in London he did dwell
There Was a Wealthy Merchant, Trad./Steeleye Span. Identified as Trad by
pedanther
(Actually, one of those ones where it seems like they've stitched about three similar traditional songs together; I've gone on about this before.)
2) Mary is on her own again
More Fool I, Dougie Maclean
3) If someone sneaks into your home to try to sneak your stuff away
Stab a Burglar, Mitch Benn
4)There's no-one here who feels no pain

5) Why are there so many songs about rainbows?
Rainbow Connection, Kermit the Frog. Got by

6) Be my queen of the winter world
Crown of Ice, Steeleye Span
7) One of these days, baby, one of these days, I'm gonna close that sliding door
Right Now Baby, Mitch Benn
8) Can anyone explain? I shared your truth today
Year of the Flood, Runrig
9) We're striking them down in the name of the Lord

10) Na, na-na, nana-nana
Hey Jude/The Mason's Apron, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, based loosely on the Beatles song and the traditional reel, vocals by the audience from the sound of it.
(Yeah, okay, maybe this one needs unpacking. Obviously, the Beatles' "Hey Jude" doesn't start with the nananas, but the Chilli Pipers version is mostly an instrumental, except when the nananas come in near the end. This is arguably a cheat, but I really wanted to include a Chilli Pipers track, and I didn't know one of the two I have with an actual vocalist would come up later.)
11) There were eighty-seven Advil in the bottle, now there's thirty left
Til My Head Falls Off, TMBG
12) Gonna tell everybody all around the world
Cover Girl, The Band With Rocks In

16) There is nothing like the feeling of early morning sunshine
One Morning in Bar Harbor, originally by Eric Bogle, my version by Ranald Smith & Iain MacGillivray
(Actually, I may well also have the original in there somewhere, but the one that came up was Ranald and Iain)
17) I'd rather be a [redacted] than a king, I'll tell you the reason why
The Begger, possibly Trad?/Steeleye Span
18) Oh, I'm sure that the way you're laughing
