Working. Sort of.
Keep forgetting to mention this (largely because once I get home I don't have the energy to go on LJ), but I've been in Jobcentre-sponsored-voluntary-work-experience for the past two weeks. 11 to go before the money runs out[1]...
I'm at the British Heart Foundation second-hand furniture shop, which is cool. It's basically the same sort of stuff I was doing when I did a year at New Start Highland - booking furniture in and lugging it around, except that instead of scribbling the details on a bit of paper I get this cool hand-held computer with a label printer and barcode scanner.
[1]Although I may do what I did at Leakies Bookshop, and would have done at New Start if I hadn't had a relapse; keep going as a volunteer until something else comes up.
