Yeah, I had the same reaction to the Warrior Angel one (another one where Zatanna tries to get Clark to lighten up, come to think of it). The thing is, breather episodes of Smallville seem to strike me as less fun than the normal episodes.

It was two characters: a billionaire with high-tech toys, and a wondrous woman who's gonna throw Clark for a loop. The other two of the DC Comics "Trinity", who never appeared in Smallville because they always had unrelated live-action vehicles in the works, and the rights issues were a nightmare.
